The 911 GT2 RS design reconciles diametrically opposing requirements such as maximum speed and drag coefficient and maximum downforce race-optimized aerodynamics, which is no easy task. The carbon slats will efficiently provide ventilation. In fact, their shape design was developed by NASA’s predecessor, the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA).
